For exisiting user, call customer service to check service tax rebate by 'request for SST rebate'. Do not use 'request to waive SST' as SST cannot be waived.

Yes, you can call after SST been charged in statement.

Try hit the search function with keyword: saved.

You can try again next year to check if your card is eligible for next rebate.

Did you topup/reload with saved card or non-saved card?

There will be a sms to inform you that you have won the price. And there will be call regarding prize delivery in next few days later.

From what i know, the prize delivery logistic are handled by 3rd party company. So they will call you to check/verify the current mailing address is correct before send out. If you want to update/change new address, they will suggest you use WhatsApp and message to the phone number that they use to call you (my experience).

You can just remove the saved card in the card payment list from Touch and go ewallet or Shopee and do a new topup using the already removed saved card, this way it will trigger the OTP.

You might have too focus on the word 'online purchases' until not notices on other wording.

Getting cashback from campaign should be not have any relationship to statement. If you topup or spend on 1st June, you will be getting the cashback from any date of next month (depend on term and condition) if not mistaken.
