what i worry is both campaign trx clashed, even we spend RM2k for 8% and additional RM1k for 20% on Quantum..

cause us only get 1 campaign CB.

since they excluded VS and PBi Visa for the new campaign.

when we do the trx in June, it is way before the cb revision announcement.
that's why we will definitely bring this to BNM if they refuse to honor the RM15 missing cb.

all users affected must stand together and complaint whenever they face any unfairness.

when we spend in early Jun, there is no amendment announcement at all.

if we were to known this t&c that time,
we could hav change our decision to use this card by using another card for the transaction.

so, definitely, they need to honor the missing RM15 cb

they need to honor the RM15 missing cb as the spend is made BEFORE change of t&c effective.

they can't be using the excuses new t&c statement date 1 July hence max cap cb RM15 instead of RM30.

while for alternative card, hav a look at affin duo, probably will suits you.

3/7 morning, called CS for appeal.
missing cb credited, dated 4/7

my argument point is at the juncture i perform the transaction on 2/6, there is no amendment announcement whatsover.
so my decision making to use this card for that particular transaction is on 4% cb cap RM30.
the t&c as at 2/6.

quite likely they will credit back the missing RM15 cb after your report.
quite a number of ppl here including myself gotten it after report.

if not, call again during office hour, tell them to escalate for mgmt approval again.
tell them if this round not successful, write a reply email for our escalation to BNM.

usually if you insist, they will escalate the appeal for mgmt approval.

this is the reason we must escalate to BNM if they fail to honor.

as some forumer pointed out here,
all transaction PRIOR to the revision announcement should be 4% cb cap RM30 and NOT RM15.


i seriously don't think BNM will buy their excuses of ,
oh yeah Jun spending still 4% cb, but statement month July, hence cap RM15 stuff.

this is just playing with words and misleading

& spend after the announcement - slimmer chance.

as spend after the announcement, users are deemed to aware the upcoming change in t&c already.
