I'm well aware that no decision is going to be made over the weekend and neither did I say I'm expecting immediate refund. Don't get me wrong here.
Anyway, let's see what's the outcome next week.
PS: this is not the 1st time such missing Cashback is happening as it happened to me before when they revised the T&C for Visa Signature and we as a consumer have to lodge a report to claim back for what's the mistake on their system
I should be getting max Cashback is 30 instead of 15 as all my transactions for PIB card was done before the T&C revision date

quite likely they will credit back the missing RM15 cb after your report.
quite a number of ppl here including myself gotten it after report.
if not, call again during office hour, tell them to escalate for mgmt approval again.
tell them if this round not successful, write a reply email for our escalation to BNM.
