of course you will get both if entitled category eg for yr case TNB.
CB 3% is card features. no matter how you will get it.
8% is campaign CB FCFS.

as they choose to migrate everything to new website altogether.
looking at PBB is good at everything, except IT, even their own staff admitted it.

other bank often let ppl use beta version of new website first for some time first, before full migration to new websitw.

they will waive the SST charged and cancel the card.
