Anyone know how to increase the credit limit of supplementary cards, by form or email or call CS?

Thank you very much. First CS told me to send a request by email giving principle and supplementary cardholders' name, card number and ic. Not satisfy I call again, and the second CS said he will do it straight away without email and effective in 3 working days.
Was also told that even though my next statement date is 15Oct, the new supp cards which were approved 25Sept will have the 1st statement 1 month later on 15Nov, losing 1 cycle of cashback.

please correct me if my understanding is wrong.

i get my new VS last month...

my partial cycle is just few days last month and I have spent more than 633.50 before partial cycle end, I thought I can get cash back. But the latest statement only show Quantum Master. Don't have VS in the statement.

in order to get rm38 (partial cycle) and rm38 (coming full cycle), i need to spend another 633.50 now. When next statement generated, call CS to raise adjustment dispute for the partial cycle? thank you.

I just applied a Supplementary card for my mother, but she doesn't have Pbe online. 

can I help her to register Pbe online to view and pay the credit card, without going to the branch?

Hi anyone tried easy payment plan 0% 12months for purchase higher than 1.2k myr. Does it come with any upfront processing fee? Or really only 0%?

I suppose starting Oct, VS supplementary will not have its own cash back anymore since PBB started clearly in black and white that CB is now combined between principal and supp? Seems like no point having supp anymore

Anyone knows if I swipe my Quantum Mastercard for overseas online transaction >RM1k, will i get the normal RM30 cashback together with this RM50 one as well? Or will I only get one of it?
