i see

same scenario for my mom. she has PBe without ATM/DC. brought her to PB branch, gotten the DC on-the-spot, activated securesign @ atm next morning. at most 2-3 days.

total time spent was about 1 hour (branch+atm), depending on branch traffic @ customer service rep counter to validate thumbrint and issue DC.

ir you noticed...

1) some ppl don't like to call, lengthy waiting period or shy
2) some prefer diy at ATM. my case, I actually intended to get DC for my mom's pbe. kill 2 birds with 1 trip.
3) some prefer email, of course no guarantee faster reply as cs queue is lengthy too (back to (1))
