installment will continue in effect regardless of BT from PBB. because pbb paid to bank A as payment. installment still untouched (in a reserved-state, which is why you don't need to pay full 5k one-shot)

you wanted to cancel bank A card. simple.... call Bank A to early settle installment. bank A will convert remaining installment balance (in lumpsum) into the card account. now, you effectively have total outstanding of ~4583 (11 of 12 mth) + other current spending.

now there is the timing of BT. apply pbb BT with any amount that you like. preferably just enough to cover current outstanding cuz you're going to cancel the card anyway. once processed, pbb pay the requested amount to Bank A. now, there is no more outstanding with bank A. now can cancel the card.

welcome to owing PBB card as BT installment. continue to service the BT by diligently paying statement in full, on time. period.
