just wanted to do the redemption but I noticed the points on the catalogue already increased! tried to call in cust care but were sent to voice message so Im not sure how can we do the redemption before the so called 18th deadline :0

Can i combine both Quantum Master and Visa points to redeem or only each card points?

why i keep got problem to login into PBE online. got error below. when i enter the information it keep prompted wrong info.

I called customer services and the activated the account again, but when try to login. prompted same error.

Why would you want to give a supp card to an existing principal card holder?

Technically it can be fixed only if the principal+supplementary are having same CB calculation period, i.e. (1) CB based on calendar month or (2) statements for both principal and supplementary falling on the same date.

I almost has same questions related to Boost, after key-in the credit card number, it will auto save (no option to disable it), am I still eligible to enjoy cash back 6% for VS or 5% QM? Because there is no more OTP when reload in Boost.
Hope someone has this experience before and can share in here, thanks in advance.
