When you pay that time will pay in MYR I think.

Mine is always RMB because I'm using China Taobao, didn't change location.

Sesco - SEBCares, payment kiosk and counters - MCC4900 Utilities. Not Govt (MCC9***)
Telekom Batu Lintang - Not Govt.
Service Sarawak - should be Govt MCC, but you can use CC to pay Assessment only.
Imigresen UTC - CC is not accepted.

3% charge for using foreign CC.
Better to use Boost or Maybank QR, 1.5% charge (or waived in some occasions) and rewards.

Hmm. I just paid last week in RMB and I never use desktop version. Well, to be fair I paid with my Alipay credit and not credit cards. Not sure if that matters.

Suggest you try use the Boost ewallet. Credit card fee is high when check out. Normally I use Boost to make payment, if refund it will only take about 3 working days to refund back Boost account.
dry.gif Brain----... What I thought also Kiosk not support PayWave. Just not sure whether the counter allow us to manually pay the bill. But understand they will ask to use Kiosk.
