Yeah, both quantums will be useless for me. Keeping VS for TNB bills and may get PBBi Mastercard

OK, I hardly login to LYN these days due to job commitment. Then, I saw this. bangwall.gif
Minimum RM 100... Even these days I find it difficult to hit minimum RM 30 per transaction.

Like what cybpsych said, I will keep VS only then. Coincidentally my cards will be charged with SST soon (Sept and Oct). I still have one or two installment with the Quantum, not sure if can shift to VS or clear off the remaining months.

What a suddent end for cb. Looks like have to cancel quantum, and I got Maybank Amex only for cb purpose.

luckily last month sst for quantum cards got rebated.
so i still can keep til next year aug..
but really feel sad leh..how
i got do online installment with quantum mastercard
meaning to say..1 oct 2022 onwards ,i wont get any cb anymore?Can transfer to Pibb Visa plat?

Most likely no more Card SST next anniversary due to GST 2.0
Also, expect similar announcements from other card issuers as well. BNM just announced the revised Payment Card Reform Framework 2 weeks ago, new interchange fee effective 1/1/2023 (late by 2 years).

concurrent with the bad news for OPR raise. double killed today. sad.gif
Just completed rearranged all my usage to suit last changes only. now i can see the end of this card.
3% VS on TNB bill still can keep lah. (for TNB also is sooner or later only)
still got another cycle of CB. transaction before 1 Oct still valid for CB, or maybe the system update might delay for 1-2 months further like last changes still got honeymoon month.

Those who are terminating any cards, remember to check your VIP points and use them if possible.

Don't worry lah. After people post and repost on FB, then every conventional cardholder will flock to Islamic. Then only reduce 4% to 1%.

So does this mean now to get cb on QM, we need to do overseas transaction only? Local transactions > RM100 also won't get cb?

Damn it man, I just found a "loophole" for QM and now kena this. Arghhhhhh

So what's the good alternatives for VS and Quantum cards?

Also, can I cancel just Quantum MC and retain Quantum Visa?
