Submit as much income documents as possible, even if they request 1-3 months payslip, give
ALL these:
- 6 months payslip (basic wage should be consistent and high enough to meet requirement)
- EPF statement (monthly tally with payslip)
- EA form (tally with the payslips)
- Income Tax receipt (tally with payslips + EA form)
- Employment letter (tally with payslip + EA form) and also shows how long you have worked in current company.
The CC team does not have access into your same bank salary account. If possible, submit this bank statement also during application so it tally with your payslip as well.
The first CC is always the hardest.

Thank you for the guidance. the CC callcenter person told me to try again after 6 months. Hopefully then it could be approve.

Do we have any cc agent here base in k.l.? I would like to apply for cc
I think better apply directly from banks and not through 3rd party websites or agent. You may be temted with the free gifts but you never know what will they do with all your personal data.

My first credit card was from OCBC, which is not my salaried bank.
I guess big banks assessment are rigid, you may try with those not so famous bank.
Ya, but not so famous bank you hardly find CC with free annual fee, which is one of the thing I look for.
