6. “e-Commerce Transactions” shall include all transactions on e-commerce and exclude eWallets top up and auto top up transactions.

7. “Retail Transactions” shall include all retail spending, online purchases and new Zero
Interest Instalment Plan (ZIIP) full purchase amount (not monthly instalment) and exclude
flexipay instalment amount, balance transfer, auto-debit, recurring payments, payments for
utilities, direct marketing, insurance premiums, government related payments, payment via
www.pbebank.com and ATM, cash advance/cash withdrawal, quasi cash, casino
transaction, interest payments, late payment fees, finance charges, annual fees, reversals,
payment to charity(ies) and any form of service/miscellaneous fees.

plus 2 airport lounge visit per year, if you don't hav other PB card of higher tier

Guys, be careful when you call to request rebate to offset SST.

There is some irresponsible / lazy CS over there, not sure what happen to these ppl.

If you are connected to the wrong person, they will blatantly tell you under management instruction, there is no more rebate to offset SST.
You can only use points to offset bla bla bla.

In this case, just hang up the phone, no need waste time to talk more to these ppl.

Instead,
Call again, if the line connect to another CS, talk to them on the rebate to offset SST nicely, if you are lucky and get a good 1, they will grant the rebate immediately.

That's my personal experience.

If you got those bad apple, just hang up, they won't give you the rebate even you waste time to talk to them. Even they tell you so called submit for management approval, end out will get nothing too.

as i said before, if some CS say can't.
We call again try diff CS, if eventually every CS say then same thing, then

wait a few days, if still not seeing the RM25 rebate.
call again and hopefully diff CS will hav better outcome.
for now, i think still can try call a few times to try, just hang up if got the 'bad apples' CS

is your car loan with PBB?
as sometimes the loan officer will bundle together with credit card.

same like my housing loan, when they meet me to sign whole stack of loan docs, 1 of it is the cc form ,
after i told them i already gt PB CC , they remove the form.

i think the officer got some commission by doing that too

i am quite certain it is this transaction.

As my Lazada transaction on 20 Aug no CB too.
Lazada transaction at earlier of the month (2 Aug) gotten CB.
Reported to CS they will investigate

should reply back to PBB that particular Lazada transaction is purchase of items from Lazada.

DO NOT tell them what you buy using Lazada, it's not their rights to know anyway.

They just need to know it's Lazada purchase transaction and is NOT e-wallet transaction and shall be entitled for CB for online category as per their T&C.

it is Ultra vires for a bank to ask for screenshot of purchase.
at their end, they just need to verify it's a purchase from Lazada and grant the CB accordingly.

i don't think it's possible

more likely is PBB have a system glitch and accidentally excluded all Lazada transactions after certain date as online trx

they have no rights to determine which type of purchase item(s) it is, for a CB context.

anyway, if they refuse to grant cb after we did our part of reporting missing CB for their investigation, we just report to BNM and see what BNM say on this

don't think your statement is correct.

I did receive CB for LAZADA SELANGOR trx on earlier of Aug but not after 15 Aug trx.

the trx desc is the same LAZADA SELANGOR

don't think so,
as some members here reported that did not get CB too even for purchase of other items (non tng pin)

so it could b PB screw up by not offering CB for all lazada trx after a certain date.
