For the benefits of audiences here, I would strongly encourage to stop using PB bank CC on Lazada platform expecting for a cash back.

Otherwise, we have to appeal on every transaction made, make us look like a stupid donkey being fooled around.

- PBB ask for proof
- Print screen lesapda and submit
- PBB ask to revert points and give CB
- I confirm
- CB posted, points deducted.

I called last month for my Islamic Platinum card. Depends on the CS staff i think. First time he told me this is not possible, but I told him to just put in a request to management. Waited like few days still not rebated.

Tried calling second time and this time diff staff picked up, no questions asked, just told me will put in request and pending management approval. Next day saw SST is reversed in statement

Yeah same here missing CB on VS, the CS just keep on insist that lazada changing the charge mehtod to recurring, didn't offer one-time reimbursement for me, fed up & give up.

Just delete card and readd card if want to use PB cards loh. If I don't have memory leak, it triggers OTP every time. I did that after the first time seeing direct charge to avoid all these unnecessary disputes later on.

Then Lazada is smarter now.
When you give OTP, Lazada verify your payment but don't proceed to claim it. It uses another channel (So Lazada Selangor MY) to claim the money by direct debit.

Just like you buy from some foreign sites, the merchant debit account when order is confirmed or ready to deliver. Transaction date is different from when you go through online verification.

Why public bank online forced me to update my occupation? I cant navigate to other pages unfortunately.
