Another card was send to branch if requested. That must have made bank thought the card send to home address was lost/not received. Therefore 2 card received at different time. This have happened to one of the forumer who posted in this thread (maybe differrent version, couldn't recall) before.

I have never redeemed rewards using vip cos the points always expired b4 I got enuf to redeem something, moreover cant combine the diff cards' vip. Until now I have 13k points for my Quantum Visa which I want to redeem something.
Can I fill up the redemption form, take a snapshot and email to custsvc@publicbank.com.my cos I dont have a fax?

I do spend something between 22~30 August which is roughly 200 VIP gain +

Can I do the redemption right now before the new revision cause my next statement is 21 Sept which already follow the new redemption points of 10k instead of 7k?

I read that you can only use the VIP reflected on the lastest statement, anyway what can u do with 7000 VIP?

Hi all. Normally it takes how many days to release monthly statement? I just got the pbq card and letter stated 27th but until today still not able to download statement

Checked IVR yesterday, application for Quantum Visa is not successful. This morning, received SMS stating successful. Syukur, just in time for September.
