I noticed the TnG App still listed under online rebate transaction.

Last month for May statement, I set my Quantum card for auto reload (no OTP whatsoever) for RM20 and I did get cashback for it.

June statement I made manual reload to TnG App with the Visa signature (with OTP) but no cashback.


Is there any change haoppen to Public Bank card t&c?

For the auto reload last month statement there was no such info, but I did get the cash back. Better call the cs then I guess. Cause based on my transactions, the only cashbacks missing is for the tng rm10

Pb turned down my report of missing cashbacks for tnge wallet with the same reason of fave pay. We need to key in credit card number for every reload, and not save in the app

There was otp, but they reason it as merchant put it as recurring

My auto reload (no otp) in May got cashback, but the manual reload in June (with otp) didn't

Hi everyone, I just need to understand how pb calculate cashback when it comes to payment with flexi monthly option.

Last month I made a shopee transaction for rm1400 with 6 months installment option. I assumed I would be getting cashback maxed rm30 to my pb quantum master card, but I did not. It seems like I was getting cashback according to the monthly value. Does this mean I'll be getting 5% cashback for rm233 every month for the next 6 months?

I didn't realise that boost app is back in the cashback list. So there will be cashback for manual and auto boost reload?

is there any limit (by number of transactions or transactions value) for the usage of the contactless feature?

I called PB CS just now, the CS informed that there is a limit for contactless

10x transactions then must do 1 transaction with pin to reset
Accumulated transaction value of 1K then must do 1 transaction with pin to reset.

Does anyone aware about this as I tried to look inside Product Disclosure document and found nothing being stated.

So surprised to see that my Setel app transaction was not included in this month cashback. Just emailed PB about it. Hope there will be good news

I just want some tips on how you guys deal with pb quantum visa security feature. I was informed earlier on, for quantum visa card PB has implemented security features as below

1) Total 10 contactless transactions then require 1 transaction with PIN OR
2) Total accumulated transactions amounting to RM1000.00 then require 1 transaction with PIN

How you guys deal with this to avoid you contactless transaction being "not honof"

But for rm250 and above contactless transaction will also requires pin right? So when that happened, it will still get reset?

Just noticed today that my recent PayPal transaction using quantum master was not included for cashback reward, anyone encountered the same?

I just checked my latest statement and I believe there is no cashback for monthly Spotify subscription anymore.
