Now only realize no VIP point for BigPay topup, only got cashback for vs n quantum master.

You expect both VIP point and cash back for BigPay topup?

I mean like you topup RM1000, 600 got cashback, remaining 400 also no VIP point or mean all cashback category no VIP point regardless how much you spend.

If you exceed the CB quota, the rest didn't get anything

1000x0.05 = RM50 CB but capped at RM30.

Use Quantum Visa if u want VIP.

Hello guys, I just received my new PB credit card yesterday. How do I activate and set PIN for the card?
As I cant found the card information within my PB online banking.

PIN can be set via IVR (call to the number at the back of your phone)

For PBe:
Online Banking
PBe > Profile Maintenance > Manage Profile > Add / Delete Account
PBe > Account > PB Card > Add Card

I believe so if you can find the respective menu after you able to add the cards into PBe.

When I got my cards, I don't have PBe as I don't have any CASA with PBB.

There are still no card revision update on page 1 .

No revision yet till 1/9.

Finally you got public bank credit card.

Should be.

My experience that time is no CASA, but existing credit card, try add card into public bank online account but cannot do it as it show error so can only do at branch. But if one have public bank saving account then can self add card in PBE online with no problem.

If you are talking about the public bank quantum credit card then have to wait coming 1st September as the new term and condition only applied after 1st September.

set the pin in PBe. it will activate the card together. simpler.

The revision is only affecting:
1. Quantum Visa - removal of department & entertainment to Contactless/Wave
2. Quantum Mastercard - removal of dining

finally done add the card into my PBE and set the PIN.
but just wondering why PBE system so lousy need the cardholder own add the card into their online banking account?
Other bank all default would have the card added once approved (as for few bank that i with saving account and credit card)
