Try CIMB. But walk into their branches for this one, and try not to use their mobile sales people. Reason being, you may have to appeal to the branch manager for help / deviation approval.

If i'm not mistaken, CIMB does offer Personal Loans to customers who intend to purchase ASB. It is called a ASB loan, using ASB as collateral.

For your case, it's slightly different. You have the ASB already, and now want to pledge it to the bank, to apply for a loan. Logically, the principle is the same - but the operational flow is different.

Give it a go, and see if they can help. Best I can think of at the moment. cheers.

Sometimes ago normally people will do OD against ASB. Now it can't be done already.
