in life there are always exceptions......it's called deviation approval.

I had an acquintance that did this a couple of months back upon request and deviation approval.

Hi planning to do a walk-in to apply a personal loan tomorrow . From Johor . My salary is RM 2.6k before - EPF i got no credit card , but i do have a car loan currently with Public Bank which is my only commitment at the moment . Only paying about RM 160 per month . Problem is i been transfered from Singapore means i only work here for 4 Months BUT same company in Singapore for 1 1/2 years .


Need some cash to start some part time business with my fiancee... Need some opinion help here . Do u guys think approval rate will be high for me ? =x Thank you ~ I do know that banks offer up to 5x my salary .

My qualification is like you, and my loan application got rejected by two banks. I believe they need you to at least use a credit card for 1 year and make payments on time. Well, since you have a car installment, you might have slightly better chance.

U working with gov or private?
If private u can only go for 5 times of your salary..thats the max amount you can apply.
If gov sure no problem..

Mine, i'm in private sector, managed to get loan 21K from CIMB with 7.88% interest rate.

Im working in private sector. So easy to approve? How long it takes for your loan to approve?

More than 7 days rejected rate high.

which bank give best interest right now? if wanna borrow 30k, can pay around 500 per month, which bank is the best?

if private, i can say cimb/bank islam is the lowest interest rate.
You wanna borrow 30K but you salary is only 2.6K. The max you can get is around 5times your salary.

To be honest, 30k loan amount at least need around 700 monthly installment among all the bank (average)

unfortunately, the minimum income requirement for most banks is RM 2K per month, for Personal Loans. Most banks would also want to know if u have a credit card which has a track record for at least one year.

You can try asking some bankers if your application can be considered if u apply with a guarantor to support your case.....this is on an exception approval basis.....but the outcome may not be favourable...

U got Agro Bank there? I suggest you pay a visit there. Its a bit hassle..too much document to prepared but maybe you could give a try.
