honestly i think the lake is not as huge as mines, but one good thing is all the residents can enjoy it, moreover developer putting effort to dress up the lakeside promenade with nice pagola, landscape and trees..

imho, this area to me looks spacious, lots of green buffers. only thing is not clubhouse no swimming pool. so, depends on individual preference lar!

if you said the foot print of the house is 22x50, and your car porch is 22x20, meaning the carporch roof line will be extended to your mailbox pillar already...….really incredible.

Now can apply for loan first, as I checked with my bankers, a few banks are now open for loan application already

But better don't wait for early next year see showhouse only decide, as unit selling fast too, already >50% units booked, some rows also almost fully sold
