Sejati Lakeside is open for booking now guys. Anyone interested just drop me a pm. Only 1 corner unit left as of today.

Btw, Sejati Lakeside is Gated & Guarded unlike some of the comments here made which are untrue. Developer Paramount will build the fencing and guardhouse. These are individual titles. Management will have to be formed by the Resident's Association (RA). As per many Gated & Guarded residential areas with individual titles, security and upkeep of the area will be managed by the RA and maintenance fees priced accordingly.

Gated and guarded only applied to strata titled properties.
I thought of all people, you as sales agent should know the term better than commoners.

An individual title is usually (not always, especially if the area is gated and guarded) issued for landed properties such as terrace houses, semi-detached houses, bungalows, and the sorts. An individual title is issued when you are the only owner of the whole piece of land.

Semi-d expected 2m++ nothing concrete as of now. No expected date for launch. Probably 1-2 years? Sales gallery will only be completed after CNY next year. Expected date of completion for the entire project is between 5-6 years.

Superlink and Semi-D expected in 1-2 years time, but pricing wouldn't be cheap, as we can see the 22x70 if the row nearer to the lake is price around 8xxk, so we should expect 26x70 would be around 9xxk+, as my experience for selling 16 Sierra 24x80 (leasehold) also price 1.1mil now. and ya, last week I surveyed a Tropicana Aman 26x80 if facing garden 998k and if facing lake 1.2mil after rebate (leasehold some more).
