Sejati Lakeside is open for booking now guys. Anyone interested just drop me a pm. Only 1 corner unit left as of today.
Btw, Sejati Lakeside is Gated & Guarded unlike some of the comments here made which are untrue. Developer Paramount will build the fencing and guardhouse. These are individual titles. Management will have to be formed by the Resident's Association (RA). As per many Gated & Guarded residential areas with individual titles, security and upkeep of the area will be managed by the RA and maintenance fees priced accordingly.
