Oh thats suprising. I paid the booking fee on the 3rd of Oct. Did u get urself a normal unit or corner lot?

My unit SPA price is 1.2M. But the purchase price is 985k after rebates and bumi disc.

Wow thats a pretty huge buildup size for 22x70. Developer must have maxed out on the house itself, making the car porch smaller.

What would be the length of the porch, 15ft?

Buildup is 2500sq ft for 2 storeys, so one storey must be 1250sq ft.

We know that 22ft is the width, so that leaves about 57ft in length to get that 1250sq ft buildup per level.

Cant be 13ft only for the porch, thats way too small. Axia can fit laa. Perhaps theres more to it than what I am seeing

yaya, 2 storey is 22x70, 2546sqft, 4R4B, it's the 1st phase of Sejati Lakeside, so also cheapest, the cheapest row even price only from RM7xxk

i have check the price list, end lot mostly kena sapu already

car porch we got ask staff when having briefing from them, is 22ft wide x 20ft long

Hi my apologies. The 15% was actually the early bird discount.
Additionally there was a 5% cashback given to me for my unit which was about rm72k.
