signed my SPA over the weekend.. the response look not bad, quite crowded on saturday, sunday not sure though.. i think easily got 40-50 buyers signed.. anyway, how do i join the lakeside group chat?

Show house is nice. Still deciding and listing pro/cons with neighbor Safiro. So far pro is -22x70 -extended kitchen -low density Cons is -lakeside without strata, will have issue to maintain facility at later stage? -some of the facility in future will share with public, they going to handover one of the park to MPS i think? -price is 100k more expensive than safiro with less facility. Help me change my mind!  |
