ya.. like Alam Impian also same case.. imagine if wife need to fetch kids to tuition or extra curricular.. in and out duno how many times... thats all cost in long run..

as i know, SPA and loan legal fees developer absorb...

MOT and loan stamp duty falls under HOC. my unit is less than 1mil, so still entitled.. and SA said lakeside is already participate in HOC..

so, another saving there of about 10-15k i guess.. thumbsup.gif

signed my SPA over the weekend.. the response look not bad, quite crowded on saturday, sunday not sure though.. i think easily got 40-50 buyers signed.. anyway, how do i join the lakeside group chat?

Show house is nice. Still deciding and listing pro/cons with neighbor Safiro.

So far pro is

-22x70
-extended kitchen
-low density

Cons is

-lakeside without strata, will have issue to maintain facility at later stage?
-some of the facility in future will share with public, they going to handover one of the park to MPS i think?
-price is 100k more expensive than safiro with less facility.

that "lake" need to pray that people don't throw rubbish and it doesn't be a mosquito breeding pool or flood

Safiro higher ground and more phases coming
