Disclaimer: i signed snp for lakeside already
Safiro might be too dense and traffic in and out is a concern when its fully developed. Strata title doesnt mean much, almost certain there will be defaulters. If we can get a good community, usually outweighs having some random maintenance company. The area is gated and guarded. Even if we allow public access, how many people want to go to the trouble of passing a gated and guarded place. You pay maintenance for facilities, but in the long term, how often you see yourself using the clubhouse? I lived in a condo for a year, i think can count on one hand how often i used the swimming pool and gym. On the other hand, the lake is a concern of mine as well but i figure we can get a good community and take care of it together. Since the lake will become everyone's problem. Especially in todays society where mosquito breeding is a a huge social concern nowadays. |

Yeah. Its really weird when people calculate price of homes that way in this forum.
Its like hardly anyone buys with the intention of keeping it forever. Its always how much can i get if i sell it later. |

Show unit and sales gallery official opening at Sejati Lakeside.
10.00 AM to 5.00 PM on the 8th of Feb 2020. The floor plan looks a little different than the SPA so its pretty beneficial to go have a look in my opinion. This post has been edited by Syrial: Feb 3 2020, 01:29 PM |

QUOTE(AhBoy~~ @ Feb 3 2020, 06:08 PM) The ground floor is somewhat different. I don't know about everyone else but when i went they said the spa floor plan will differ slightly and they will update it in the spa also. The ground floor bed room now is larger. There doesnt seem to be a small storage room anymore under the stairs and the ground floor bathroom is cojoined to the kitchen. I think it looks better bit thats just me. |

Maple was one of our options but in the end we decided we dont like the box like shape of the house and strata title.
The central park concept is really cool though. |

Disclosure: Already signed SPA for Sejati Lakeside.
I was also debating between Maple and Sejati but in the end decided for Sejati due to a few reasons: 1) Maple looks like eventually will be a higher density area in general. 2) Clubhouse is not appealing due to density and size of the clubhouse in comparison. 3) If I'm not using clubhouse still need to pay the strata title seems a little wasteful. 4) Individual title means community driven but does not necessarily mean that strata management company is better. I rather work directly with community instead of another middle-man. 5) Sejati is also gated and guarded but obviously will need to be community managed. 6) Paramount property has a better track record from what I can tell. 7) Better price per square feet Honestly I really wanted Maple since it looked so nice and have balcony overlooking pathways but in the end since I foresee a lot of possible future hassle decided to go with Sejati. |

QUOTE(WhiteFlag @ Aug 4 2020, 10:28 AM) I count the build up. Based on the prices quoted to me, about RM350 psf for Sejati and RM380 psf for Maple.QUOTE Would like to know too how do you think that Maple has higher density than Sejati? Surrounded by apartments which I feel will just cause the density in the area to be higher. This post has been edited by Syrial: Aug 8 2020, 10:46 PM |
