The ground floor is somewhat different. I don't know about everyone else but when i went they said the spa floor plan will differ slightly and they will update it in the spa also.

The ground floor bed room now is larger. There doesnt seem to be a small storage room anymore under the stairs and the ground floor bathroom is cojoined to the kitchen.

I think it looks better bit thats just me.

ya and the toilet is senior friendly! family with parents can definitely use the bigger room and toilet for safer purpose, dont need to climb all the way up too

Somehow I compare this development with the neighbouring Maple Residence, and Maple somewhat gives me more of that 'Sejati Residence' vibe with all that landscaping and general ambience, which is one of the nicest here in Cyber

Time will tell if we can observe the same thing here

Maple was one of our options but in the end we decided we dont like the box like shape of the house and strata title.

The central park concept is really cool though.

Have u made the decision between seja lakeside and safiro?

I really like the Sejati layout. Visited the showhouse last monday. Every thing is huge(i mean the living hall, all the rooma nd the kitchen) except for the carporch.

In my opinion, i would prefer safiro, because of GnG and the landscape will be well maintain. Less headache because everyone will be enforce to pay the maintenance fee
