QUOTE(sean392 @ Jul 4 2007, 09:42 PM) u playing 10-52 on standard? serves you all right for using pencil neck guitars.i wouldn't recommend that it'd be fine on drop tuning but u most prolly bend ur neck if u go 10-52 on std tuning need to adjust the truss rod gibsons dont have that prob QUOTE(Silver Isle @ Jul 4 2007, 11:50 PM) ugh, almost RM300 for something like that.better be made from real honduras mahagony |

i checked out the peavey vandenberg today.
very nice neck, and since its 24.75" scale, fits nicely. just body dings here and there, nothing nail polish and lots of buffing cant fix. have to check it out again tomorrow. |

Best if you can learn playing right handed as the options to buy guitars later will be more open.......... And yes.... there are ALOT of lefties who plays rightie...... |

Since you're starting new nightzstar, you can try playing rightie first with a friends guitar and see how that feels........ Once you get used to it, there's really no diff.
In fact, most of your strength will be focused on your fretting hand, which in turns makes you hold your notes better....... For us righties, we have to train for that for a while before we can get used to it. |

I see. Yes sir~~Right now was looking for guitar to start. Any acoustic guitar u did recommend for me? Actually i wanted the electric guitar but i guess i need to build my finger basic skill and strength with the acoustic since fingering on acoustic is quite hard.

the double cut away looks pretty much PRS. . . lol but still the quilt top is beautiful. . .
and cmon. . . not everyone likes a certain set of colours. . . could be yellow but it is his signature. . .cant say much. . . i think it looks ok. . . unique actually with the yellow. . . eye catching nonetheless |
