say wat u want, i'm just relating my own experience
u can alwiz buy those oil from hardware shop, like those for sewing machine
nv had to do tat, cos i just dun soak those fans into water or at least leave it in water for long...
those dust can come out easily with a simple wash, no reason to soak fans into water to remove dust

Do I need to connect both analog and digital cables, say if using Samsung 931BW LCD? Or can I just connect the digital cable?
*
only a single cable is needed
so in your case the dvi cable alone is enuff

cross link cable is used for direct connection like u describe 1 lor
it's different from normal lan cable
anyway, any shops which sells lan cable should also be selling it 1
just google around for better description of cross link cable

graphic card is not really important in dota....onboard gc with about the same amount of ram also can play it
dota is created based on the warcraft 3 engine, which is already 6-7 years old, so should not be a problem

hi there....

i have a Q to ask...

i am running microsoft XP pro version 2002..how can i change it to SP2 without changing the OS..??
*
apa tukar OS?
xp sp2 is just a update pack for xp....installing it won't change ur OS
if u have been keeping ur windows xp updated every week when updates are released, u hardly need sp2....

see the reviews score lor, usually gc is benchmark with 3dmarks, and some games like quake, doom depending on which reviews u are reading

then the good reviews will also compare the card's score against mainstream cards, and they usually will post what the scores meant.

really good reviews will usually have a summary of the scores and give their personal opinion lor

want to find out more just go find out thru google

chipset on the mobo???
usually if u want single card solution, and agp mobo can use agp cards, pciex can use pciex card, the difference pciex 1.1 and pciex 2.0 dun have much difference still

eh, sata hdds usually still have the ide power supply port (the old 4 pin u mentioned) along with the sata power supply port (5 pin) as far as i know.

just make sure u only connect either 1 of them, leaving both connected to power supply, will make your hdd go to heaven due to oversupply of power

not likely to get any discount at pc fair for full system specs, heck i'm sceptical of pc fair hardware anyway, some shops use it to throw old stocks
