i think 3 damansara just like any other office malls.... rely on lunch and working crowd from nearby only... during night or weekends you wont see any good biz in them... thats why I can only see that they constantly remain as just surviving stage... never really fly

The food here is not great at all and the prices are so much higher compared with SS2

yea.. but SS2 have very limited parking and offices nearby have to jam to go in during lunch hours... dinner hours also abang adik... but thats the price u need to pay for better foods... haha

maybe can learn from citta mall... recent years citta mall is thriving... dunno why... from 3 years ago i went was a dying mall... to now... damn crowded during weekends and night time...

Cos so many people moving in to near by completed condos... With that volume of population surrounding... Can merely survive... But EVO mall nearby just waiting time to close down

The owner of the mall wanna sell the mall but until now no taker... If direct close down... Lagi susah mau jual.. Now just open to fish suiyu...

Maybe the population nearby not the right target crowd cos surronded by many low cost housings... Cannot expect people stay in rumah pangsa Rakyat everyday spend money in air conditioned mall...

i think now mostly close to free rental je there... mr.diy masuk there means rental shud be koyak 9 9 already... the only tenant shop that rumah pangsa rakyat may go...

It got nothing to do with commercial land title.

The application of this usage is not residential, instead its for office suites, and not protected under hda and not under schedule I of standard spa.
