i know the location

it's the empty space between 3 Damansara and LDP , there is 1 partially constructed carpark that never got built

20 mins walking distance to TTDI MRT, and uncovered
20+ mins walking distance to the upcoming LRT in Kayu Ara



The plus point is that there is the MRT bus that will stop outside Prudential Damansara Intan and also 3 Damansara area, so you can jump onto that bus and go take public transport rather than walk so far.

If you intend to park-and-ride then it's much better as you are 5 mins from Kelana, Kayu Ara and TTDI stations. (i assume if u park/ride means u go early to secure a parking space ya)

does the mrt bus pick up and drop off at 3 damansara main lobby (near starbucks)?

I dont recall any bus coming up there as the space is very narrow

usually they will stop opposite at Wisma TA / opposite Glo and you walk over

perhaps things might change, maybe they will add their own shuttle bus (haha, there are like 3 different destinations from the location, must be real headache)

Anyone with units in tropics or casa suites (both smaller sizes developments) will know how far to stay away from this non hda place at 900+psf

Rental for the smallest unit in it's best days were 2800 or even 3k. Today it goes for 2000 or 1800 onwards. Transacted prices also came down quite a bit.

Personally think TCM has good anchors but the crowd is really not there. Lacks FnB.

Apparently this is built for airbnb or single person, lets see any market for this group.

Many shops closed down..... Location is superb... But still cannot ong... Wondering

Double park....

I saw the abandon site bedore. It behind 3 Damansara only.

They builded some few level parking space. And left empty till today.

I saw FB that centrestage which located at PJ ss13, 363sqft going rental Rm500.
Which I think cover nothing. Serve interest not enuf. Need pay maintenance some more. GG owner... Supply getting more and more

I have an empty unit in Shah Alam area, around 6xx sf, RM800 for u since you put stuff only

I live next to TCM. It was lagi teruk before Brussels, Powerplant went in. I think it was only GSC who was drawing the regular crowd to the mall. However, if they can bring in Mcd, KFC, Kim Garie, Wong Kok, Food Republic, Korean BBQ, Bowling, Snooker, Archery etc, with all these variety of eateries and sports, I believe it will help to stimulate their foot count.
