Hello everyone. I'm looking to buy one unit at The Mate for own stay. But I have some questions and concerns

1. Looking at the Google Maps, it seems the entrance is one way in and one way out? (From LDP)

2. Where to get your food or cravings fixed? I don't see any nearby Chinese Kopitiam/Zap fan.

3. Is 3 Damansara Mall even alive? Last I checked most of the shops is closed and Aeon Big even left the mall

4. There is a nearby Hindu Cemetery. Will it be very visible on the higher floor units?

Damansara Jaya yu yee and the shop lots along that row, it’s right in front of petronas

Ss2 has plenty of chapfan stores and local delights

Damansara Jaya/Atria too have many good food, can try the kampar claypot chicken rice

Damansara uptown has the famous moonlight noodles from Ipoh and many more good food around

You’re definitely spoiled for choices

3. Unfortunately it’s declining but it’s currently own by CapitaLand which is a huge corporation and I’m sure they’ll do something about it. They currently have 7 malls in Malaysia, 20 in Singapore and 45 in China

4. Only if you’re facing south since all of their units have balcony
