I saw this one otw back home ytd. Is this project continue from abandoned site? Looks like that or its already undercon.

Would be interesting to see how the ingress/egress is for this development. Currently the site can be accessed from only 1 specific direction

According to agent, size range is 269-657 sf, very small units..
Net price just below 1000 psf, got fully furnished option + 6% GRR (3yrs, optional extension after) It's non-HDA like The Hub SS2, but smaller size and geared toward AirBnb I think. There will be two floors allocated for co-working space, and another floor for F&B outlets. Plus point is there will be a link bridge to 3 Dsara mall, which is accessible to the public, hopefully will bring more life to the mall |
