The Mate.....? 270sq.ft for 1k psf.....? why.........? Too high dense for that area for investment, but who know? There's always has youngster wanna spend that money for a small pigeon hole.

I went to show house the target is for short stay. Airbnb type accommodation. So could work to cover rental. By the time ready just need to wait for one or two years for LRT 3 Damansara station.

Project likely delayed due to Covid. I have a studio in PJ5 Soho bought it at 121k now around 290k after 10 years. Rental wise my best performer out of all the properties I owned.
