Saw an ad on social media teasing about a new project coming up in Damansara Jaya, any idea on what project is that?

interesting. i think the last few new projects were leasehold gng houses near the ss23 shell station. leasehold not so popular in this old fashioned people area.

I saw it as freehold, and that made me curious

Interested to know too. Is it highrise or Landed?

Not sure, cause the ad did not mention project name, only saying about a new project in Damansara Jaya

anyway, the townhouses behind the ss23 is known as cora plus by adenland. last i heard, fully sold.

pity though because the workmanship doesn't seems too good from passing traffic.

the project next to dj villa looks better in terms of workmanship and material but no information available on it. it's just opposite palm reserve and it's sitting on a land which is semi sunken.

for this project, it's likely the former stellar sky villa project of ocr. location is a bit off as well and nearer to kayu ara site.

I saw from one of Accetera's old post about OCR bought a land from Dijaya and the post in the old thread of Tropicana Designer Suite (the so called "abandon" or fail to launch project right behind Tropicana City Mall).

Coincidentally, the land of this Tropicana Designer Suite is now plotted as The Mate by someone (not sure is it the developer) on Google Map. But this place shouldn't consider as Damansara Jaya lol

Residents in SS2 did protest many years ago when the developer at that time wanted to make use of the road (ss2/2) to be the main entrance for the development.

Yes, if you googled for 3 Damansara (previously known as TCM)'s address, it shows "3, Jalan SS 20/27, Damansara Jaya, 47400 Petaling Jaya, Selangor".
