I think they were known as ABX Express, then renamed to KEX Express

In my experience they're fine, but I've only ordered smaller items through them via taobao

bonus: if you live in a rural area and have something delivered via UPS, guess what? they hand it over to KEX to handle it

I then received an email saying my quotation is ready. I emailed customer support with the quotation no, saying that the promo code is not working.
She replied with new price after promo code and share link to order.

I actually bought a laptop from the Lenovo Malaysia website last year, and it went pretty well for me. The shipping took around a week. I saw those old bad reviews too, but I think they might have sorted things out since then. Just check recent reviews or maybe their support page for the latest info.

U can add to cart then ask the lenovo customer service for best price.

How accurate are Lenovo estimated shipping time nowadays? If it says 3-4 weeks, really have to wait for that long?

Gotten a T14s on 14th Oct. Heading out of Msia on 28th so i decided to call both lenovo first to expedite the assembly and quickly ship out (which they did on 22nd), gotten to KLIA in the morning of 24th after spending 24 hours in Chek Lap Kok, Singapore and then Shenzhen. Weird why it's sent back to Shenzhen after reaching Singapore, my laptop sleeve experienced the same (Shenzhen > Chek Lap Kok > Taoyuan > Shenzhen) lol.

Today (25th Oct, Fri) i was told that they're waiting for customs' permit something. Could still reach their warehouse in Bukit Jelutong tomorrow (Sat) for self pickup but it seems slim to me now that it's 9PM already with no updates.

Frustrating why it took so long in Shenzhen on the assembly and ship-out.
