customized legion 5 14", now if want to cancel also cannot they said because its customized and even if its going to be shipped in 9 days time. Cautionary tale to anyone out there to:
1. not believe their shipping time, it says 6-9 days not 6-9 business days

2. if you purchased a customized laptop they may refuse a refund, and I've been refused a refund even when there is 9 more days for my shipment to be sent out. (shipment information updated via a weblink that was never provided to me until issue raised)
3. customer service will blame you for the company's failure ("Several unforeseen challenges have affected our original timeline, if you would like to cancel the laptop, we can submit the request, but the cancellation is subjected to approval and not guaranteed as this is a customized unit.")
So if you're considering purchasing and been told that Lenovo has great customer service, I'd think twice if I was you. They'd outright refused my request for a refund.
Some may think walau 20th just next week why not just wait a few days. My current laptop has both legs in grave, I'm literally about to board a flight to France for almost a whole month for work so perfect timing to get a laptop. Lead time for the laptop was 6-9 days, confirmed by sales agent at time of purchase. Now I need to spend over RM800+ to dhl it from my place to France not including import tax... So whatever discounts I was given I'm literally going to payback via shipping/tax.
