Placed an order on Legion 5 on 18 October and the ETA on Lenovo website is 30 October... but when I check using the track number with UPS(the shipping agent), it shows the goods was shipped from China > Korea > China and still in China on 30 October...

Is it normal? first time buying directly from lenovo website.

P.S.: I bought from Lenovo SG website, shipments is to SG address as well.

Hi all, quick question, decided to purchase using HSBC plan, but face this issue upon checking out. Anyone faced this before, or can someone help please.

Calling the bank, useless

I ordered my Legion 5 with Ryzen 7 and RTX 2060 on 18th October and got it on 4th November. However, it came with two stuck pixels on the screen right out of the box, with one stuck at blue color and one stuck at green color. Requested for return/exchange but Lenovo say cannot return if the number of defective pixels is below 5. I requested for screen replacement instead and their customer support says have to get permission from their superiors first which is another week of waiting time. I was so excited to receive the laptop but now i am very very disappointed with their quality control. Can't even do it right with something this expensive. Beware for those who wanna buy.

FYI dead pixel is quite common in every panel manufacturer. 2dp still can pass QC. So it's not laptop brand's fault. That's how the industry standard/sop

GIVINGUP code gives more discount than the Maybank one. Go request to cancel the order and reorder again.
