In picture hard to see. I asked a friend and sent pic but he can't see it through the picture. It's very subtle, like night light kind but I turn off the night light setting ady. I tried to do the calibration but no effect. When I look at my phone screen then suddenly my phone screen super white. That's how I could tell it has a slight yellow tint.

Aiyah. Attach wrong pic... This perhaps can see. I don't have another screen to compare it with. But I haven't done anything with the Intel graphics software.

iok a little off topic... just first hand saw the Ideapad Slim 5i and it feels well build and nice to type, surprisingly, it doesn't feel heavy at all.

The 8gb only limitation 🤔

Oddly enough, that actually makes sense. Thanks. Apparently this model was launched quite recent. So I guess that must be it.

Hi, I only live 20km away from plaza low yat so it's kinda obvious that it's better to buy lenovo laptops on local store instead of from website. However I'm a student and I can enjoy 15% off with student coupon on the lenovo website upon checking out but I'm wondering if I can get the same discount price when buying at local store at plaza lowyat too. Also I have another question regarding installment plan. On the site I can see that payment is also available via installment plan (only hsbc bank)
but it never says how much do I have to pay per month and for how long period. Any idea?

Use GIVINGUP promo code, it can give you more than 24% discount compare to your student promo code.
Personally, I will prefer to buy from lenovo website, because of the promo code.

For the installment plan, I got no idea about it.

Don't think so that you can use the voucher on local stores, only on the Lenovo online store. For the instalment I think you have to get to the payment page only able to see.

Hi All, i keep encounter payment gateway issue on Lenovo Online portal after i entered the TAC number. After i key in the TAC number, the payment gateway screen is literally stuck there or returned back to previous screen and i cannot find any order number is created.

I called to bank to verify the transaction status couples of times after each failure trials. And bank customer support was telling me that they not see any transaction go through.

Can i assume it is fine and no transaction is passed through?

If you encounter this issue previously, much appreciate if you please help to share with me how to place the order on Lenovo Online and made the payment via card?

Much appreciate and thank you!

im interested to buy the IdeaPad Flex 5
but in the website it stated will probably take up to 8 weeks to deliver.

few questions:
1) anywhere that has ready stock? anyone seen any ready available unit
2) anyone bought with the estimate 8week and get earlier?

Can anyone advise on the shipping time for those estimated more than 8 weeks in the order page?

Besides, once I place the order and if I waited too long for it to arrive, can I still cancel it and demand a refund?

If cannot wait long, go for fast ship model or consider another model

once the laptop has manufactured and shipped, you cannot cancel order anymore

refund must have a valid reason, eg DOA

Does it make a major difference in terms of the post-purchase service to get it from the Lenovo site vs an e-commerce site?
