Tdy drop by Caltex to pump RM15 and got my RM 3 rewards.
The staff keep telling pump 40 only got rewards RM 4, but i insist to go with RM15.

I will always tell the cashier how much I wanted to pump; not the other way round.

The staff is correct, because Shopeepay only advertise RM 40 have RM 4 in their campaign,
the RM 15 minus RM 3 is not advertise on Caltex -> if anything customer cannot get cashback then will have issue

That good staff. As maybe they not shopee user (donno the 15 get 3)
and Caltex special rewards is 40 get 4.

If I had done the 3x RM 40, that info is useless to me.
In addition, there's a huge banner/poster displayed at the branch.

If i only use ~rm15 petrol per week, better get the rm3 cb for a 20% discount rather than 10%.

Maybe u need to check the actual reason n what are the suspicious activity.. as in u need 7-11 receipt to show that the fund is purely pay by u.. n not 3rd party n why u need to transfer to bank (reason maybe due to order cancellation/ etc).. u need to think/ justify ur bank transfer..

No need to check the source of fund. ShopeePay people are smarter than the users.
They should learn from Lazada Wallet.

I do asked about is that transfer of certain amount or times caused the banned. However, no clear amount or transaction about the banned rule.

They use the word cash advance

Their msg:

For your information, ShopeePay facilities is to Top up for user to spend within Shopee and is not a platform for user to transit their fund for withdrawal purposes. Please be advised that repetition on the same issues in future might get your account will be banned again. Hope this clarifies.

On another note, we would like to reiterate that the withdrawal feature is solely used as below ;

Withdrawal feature: This service is offered whereby in the unfortunate event of a cancelled order, you will be able to withdraw the refunds back to your bank account.

Just like Lazada Wallet, you can withdraw the fund from cancelled order (Only if payment is by CA/SA online banking).

I think my withdraw amount was too huge. Previously been withdrawal small amount monthly, never get attention.

Their reply consider fast, settle within 48 hrs

If cash advance is the reason, just withdraw the cash from the wallet after it stay in your wallet for 51 days.

Because after 51 days, you need to pay back your credit card. So no more cash advance. Hahahaha

Forget the withdrawal feature. You won't make a lot of money from there.

How huge is the amount?

How big is the wallet size? That is the max he could go.

I was usually withdrawal 500-600, 5-6 transaction to finish 3-4k.
This time was too rush, withdrawal around 5k in 2 transaction week.

Maybe i m too much kedekut.
