I just saying those CS are brainless because if that is a bug in the app/system, they should have a standard template of reply for anyone who approach them with similar complain.

Instead, they ask you to do all sort of nonsense, and after you did it and still don't work, they will ding dong with a few emails then the next email they will copy and paste the same sort of nonsense and ask you do again. rolleyes.gif

every email to Shopee to follow up the issue will be replied by different CS and after few emails they will ask you to do the same things again like the first few emails. hahaha really bunch of brainless CS.

first of all, you have to check whether you shopeepay has been suspended or not.

easy method is to top up RM10 using online banking (select any bank) and see if any error appear. If it manage to reach the bank login website, mean your shopeepay has no problem and you can stop the top up. Don't need to really top up the RM10.

then, if Shopeepay no problem, can try to pay in multiple smaller amount to the merchant. Is the shop using business QR or personal QR? Easiest way is to use TnG to see whether they can pay the DuitnowQR using non-transferable funds or not.
