Most probably your PAM RM 10 is only 1 time campaign.
While the RM 15 get RM 3 bonus is daily campaign

I did get the RM 4 cashback from CTX while pumping 2 times in one day.

Too bad i don't have PAM around me... RM 15 minus RM 3 per day to pay bill is delicious, but if physically need to be there then... errr.... nope

Speaking of which, that RM 15 minus Rm 3 is valid throughout all merchant or the selected merchant in the list only ....

My acc can go and pay Caltex Rm 15 and get RM 3 cashback.
But my younger bro didn't get any cashback despite paying the same merchant Rm 15 lolz

Tested shopeepay on PAM .
paid rm 10 get rm 2 cashback.
Paid rm 15 get rm 3 cashback.

Then i switch to another account (i have 2 account as i have 2 number) try with rm 10.
To my surprise it doesnt give cashback.

PAM is so problematic...
I took a 2.1km detour from work to home to PAM to pay bil.. at least 5 time already, PAM always down or whatsoever problem, managed to paid once only.. i give up.

Now i use shopeepay to fuel in caltex which is just right beside my working place....

ideal situation is because i have creditcard that dedicated to grocery and fueling during weekend, this kind of extra i want to keep for bills, but PAM just frust me out.

Well, TNB is used to have 0% cashback, while petrol usually CC has 5-8% cashback ... so my meaning is best is playing 20% + 5% instead of 0% + 20% lo hahaha

No need confuse.
RM 40 rebate Rm 4 , max 3 transaction regardless of what day.
RM 15 rebate RM 3 , max 1 transaction per day.

for PAM , if you pay RM 15, they will register the Rm 2 cashback first.
RM 2 cashback has higher priority than RM 3 cashback ~

My transaction
RM 15 -> RM 2 cashback
next RM 15 -> Rm 3 cashback

Some story :
Just now i went to POS to try another time again, Abang POS come and ask me, what are you doing ?
I was like... you know, trying...
then my transaction went thru (oof, 2 times successful after a total of 6 visit)
The abang be like , ShopeePay ah ?
Me : Yeah
He : oh nice, my shopeepay unable to being scanned / detected, but Boost can detect la.
Me : Yeah, this one depend on luck

The staff is correct, because Shopeepay only advertise RM 40 have RM 4 in their campaign,
the RM 15 minus RM 3 is not advertise on Caltex -> if anything customer cannot get cashback then will have issue

The problem is ... in the other thread "Pay TNB bills by using ewallet" , there is some member feedback that the PIN that Elinking issue is invalid... i am a bit skeptical now

Are you using duplicate account to do it ?
All duplicate account on same device cannot get those kind of cashback...
Now i use 2 seperate account, 2 seperate phone to do it.
