Change network == change your network range, preferable something that don't fall in the same Class C network you're having problem with. Toggling between your mobile's network and wireless LAN should do the trick.

Hardly use shopeepay now, since shopee no longer give discount vouchers for paying through shopeepay.

I think Everrise is not ready to join SPayLater yet. You can use ShopeePay at Everrise, with 50% by Shopee Coins.
