No, all along used for my own shopee account only.

This only occurred after installed new individual shopeepay app and want to top up.

If the card is blocked, add card won't be success.
This is the weird part, add card time, ok. Only top up payment time, failed.
Bank CS already told card details was wrong when processing for the top up hence rejected.

Ya ya, not using today. Better be quick because it may be fully redeemed later.
Since we have to pay bills all the time, so PosOnline is a better choice for me.
