I'm still having problem with payment using Shopeepay, may i know if anyone else facing this problem since 2 hours ago?

Ya when press on the "pay now", will end up at a blank page with the message " Problem in loading this page" "retry"

About to ask the same question.

Just now wanted to buy something but found out that Shopeepay is not available due to the transaction limit.

But I checked back my transactions for Dec, it's less than RM4999.

Then I checked back until 11/11, and yes total will reach RM4999.

Could you pls also check back your transaction back to 11/11? If it's reaching the limit then most likely it's based on the past 30/31 days and not based on calendar month.

i'm not expert in ewallet but the few that i'm using now has this limit, even for the tng ewallet. not sure if you have used any that is without imits?

ya i think yesterday was still ok for me also. just now was trying to pay for something less than rm10 using the free shipping voucher but to no avail.

let's see later if it's a glitch or what

Honestly I really hate ppl doing all these funny things when queuing for payment, especially when there's a long que. So I believe 1 voucher per receipt is a good move and fair to everyone.

especially when the cashier is new and need to go here and there asking around.

I can use shopeepay today, so i think the monthly quota is based on the past 30 days and not calendar month. but still better to see others' experience as well in order to verify it

setel is the easiest now, but currently they are on vacation. not too sure if they will ever come back or not

edit - just noticed that it's due to exceed limit as yours, i think due to last month end pay a lot to sspn, try again tomorrow or saturday, should be ok. i think it's based on last 30days instead of calendar month.

i do experienced before, the same problem, less than 5k but cannot use Shopeepay until after a few days. if small amount is ok. so i do believe there will be some possibility of "past 30 days" and not calendar month

but from my calculations, it doesn't really match the past 30 days limit as well, so in detail i don't really sure how do they decide on it.

noticed that i have the same problem today. how's yours? still the same or solved already?

wanna check, is topping up using cc now requires OTP/TAC even for small amount?

it used to be only required for big amount, something like above rm500 or so

ya i also got it yesterday, tried today but still the same error

it hasn't reach the bank verification page yet, so i believe it's due to the soft ban by shopee since using the same card on 2 different accounts
