Can, but may be not for PTPTN/SSPN (sooner or later).

Why not use credit card to direct pay the bills or pay to Airpay (Shopee bill payment), bypass ShopeePay?

Just like can use Spaylater to pay utilities bills at Shopee App but not PTPTN (not sure now after Spaylater charge 1.5%)

6.13. You agree that the funds in your Account can be categorized as transferable balance and non-transferable balance. Funds in your Account from top ups made using local and foreign credit cards and cashbacks form the non-transferable balance and can only be used for offline payments and online checkouts, but cannot be used for peer-to-peer transfer and/or any other products which we may prescribe from time to time. Other funds in your Account form the transferable balance and can be used for offline payments and online checkouts, peer-to-peer transfer and/or any other products which we may prescribe from time to time.

It doesn't mean this clause was added on 16-3-23.
Not sure this sentence already appear in the previous T&C or not.
Anyway Shopee Pay already notified in early January there would be a change in T&C.

JUST CURIOUS, you all still can use SPayLater to pay for Shopee order and ShopeePay QR Pay? If can, use Spaylater first and can use credit/debit to settle SPayLater debt?

P/S: my accounts are working fine, still can top up using credit/debit card and use Spaylater.

Spend it. You can scan & pay at Duitnow QR merchants, including supermarkets, petrol stations, pay bills at Shopee App.

Not sure ShopeePay can reverse your credit card transaction or not, so the top-up is reversed. You try.
Otherwise, close the account.

Not all the Shopee accounts allow TNG Visa.

Transferrable does not mean you can freely DuitNow Transfer to bank account.
