You test it yourself.

Add a new Visa/Mastercard to Shopee App, you will get "MY SHOPEE MARKETPLACE", when you try to pay Spaylater, you will see "MY SHOPEE PAY LATER" at 3D-Secure, don't proceed to complete the payment.

If you use the card already saved before Nov, you should get "Seamoney" ("Spaylater" when posted) at 3D-Secure page.

If it is true, then be prepared, SEA may retire V2 (Shopee-based) and migrate to V3 (ShopeePay-based), then they will ask you to key in card details again (like Bigpay).
