This could be similar to Billion supermarket. It's 2x RM4 cashback with min RM10 spendings. I've got twice cashbacks this month. Billion also had min RM20 with RM4 cashbacks last month. But this month is better with min RM10.

Shopee management will detect u use same device for that two accounts that linked them both to consider as one user. From that day onwards, u wont get to enjoy any perks or free vouchers for both accounts, or they might only restrict u to one account only. Its jz how Shopee works and banning accounts are their favourite things to do. So best use two devices for two accounts. Dont login to the same device, don even share wifi hotspot from one device to another as someone kena that before.

Bcz they will be able to trace and detect through ur hotspot IP address. Shopee has always been notorious in suspending accounts/banning perks or incentives to the ppl with multiple accounts, they will always have a way if they want to suspend ur account. If u din get banned this time, u might kena next time. Its just a matter of sooner or later. As usual, do it at your own risk.

It's the same delivery address for my case. Though it's two different human being with different IC and diff phone number. Sibling. Lolz.... Shopee is just not letting go of anything to detect any user abusing their system, but it's just too ridiculous for my case that i share the same address as my sibling (which makes sense right?) and they wont approve of that and said it's system restriction and they cant do anything. Cilaka betul when i did not even abuse their system. They probably expect only one shopee account or one shopee user from one house.

You have mistaken me for another forumer with bank card issue. Mine was a totally different issue here. It's still shopee discount voucher, not bankcard. I use shopeepay to pay.

Did you report to the shopee CS?

Tealive has always have issue with scanning shopeepay i dunno why. But worth report your case as well so shopee can take action if the merchant is really having problem, then they shouldnt even sell the voucher online and ppl falintbg into the same trouble.

Wow almost all outlets! This is really bad. Tried complaining to Shopee and get them to refund u for all vouchers purchased, but then again I'm not positive if Shopee is going to entertain it, their CS isn't competent at all.

Lolll ... i wonder if their CS had gone through training or not, if they actually are familiar with their own company's ongoing offer. You should advise them to try going to the petrol station mentioned to have a try themselves. What a joke.... we have been getting cashbacks and it looked like we are better off as CS than themselves

This does not make any sense at all. I have a feeling that Shopee CS have a tactic that purposely requested customer to go through all of these unnecessary hassles as a way for people not to come forward with complaints and just give up on pursuing the vouchers or promo cashbacks. It showed that they have no intention to resolving the issue. Pretty sure there are a lot of customers not able to redeem the vouchers or having cashback issues and they should really look into their own system flaws and fix it, but it did not appear so.

LOL same i kept refreshing until 12:30 then i gave up. Then come 1am and saw that it got reloaded ...
At the same time i forgot to redeem the first usage of digital purchase voucher = 40% @RM3 .... should have used that first before the 2 vouchers above.

Using 2 phones?

U have 2 x RM50 and 2x RM100 payments, thats why i asked if u're using 2 phones to claim those set of vouchers twice.

I don think u can redeem again tmr. Its states that each user can only use the voucher once

3 phones = 3 users = 3 use of vouchers.

Meaning if you have used the vouchers today, you wont be able to claim or use them tomorrow. Thats what i interpret from the TnC. Of course, I might be wrong.

Oh lolll 5 phones. I guess u're earning RM15 x RM3 cashback for 5 times per day too... untung la
