Ya i know. But what made me frustrated was that this is an intelligence issue, i really cannot comprehend why they can be so stupid (pls pardon me using this decription). This is not the first time i came across this kind of idiotic response that makes no sense at all. Almost everytime i had issue with Shopee or Shopeepay, there is no way they can resolve the issue timely with adequate responses. They always come back with ridiculous responses that made me doubt myself for a sec if I understood something incorrectly, but it's proven that they're giving misleading or inaccurate information. Gosh ... if there is no more promotion with Shopeepay cashback, i will definitely uninstall this apps. Cant be bothered to waste my time to deal with this kind of CS.

Update from my issue:-

I've told them that i am requesting for my daily RM3 cashback and it should apply to each user everyday. Yet today i got another reply from this person introducing him as from Shopee Management (as i understood they're someone from higher rank) and he basically gave me another ridiculous reason. WTH they're all a joke man

U only took one month of emails with them? Mine 6 months, still havent unlink. And mine are legit users. How do they unlink urs tho?

they asked for my IC copy, but i refused to, bcz i dont trust them with my IC actually speaking. The way they handle customer data has been quite poor in my view seeing how they mixed up me and another account user when we have completely diff name and i've told them hundred times to remove that person from my databse bcz I am not her LOL ... I'm chinese and she's Malay like common sense tells u it's not the same person yet everytime they address me with the other person's name.

No, it was the phone number. a malay lady used it. And instead of refusing to provide my IC, i provided them with my phone bill cover page that has my full name and address (which is what they wanted to verify as per their email). And then come another CS taking over the case, and he asked for IC again and there goes over again endless emails exchange with different ppl. I probably spoke to 10 ppl in Shopee now

Econsave - To get the RM4 cashback, you don need the voucher. But min spend is RM10.

No la, i was just trying to clarify for the other forumer who was asking for Econsave, just to let him know or anybody know if they wanted to buy from Econsave, they can grab this cb without voucher. Otherwise ppl will be curious how did i get my cb when there is no vouchers to be purchased in the Deals Near Me.

Also Billion having the same thing. 2 times max without voucher, the rest can be purchased from the Deals Near Me (someone asked this before in previous posts)

Hmmm i'm a bit skeptical to use the 'transfer' to friend method, shopee might use that to identify linked accounts and then block my account and my friend's, would they? Heard someone here mentioned abt that happened before

I can totally understand your annoyance.

Guess what, they also have difficulty to understand their own promotion. For eg, i've been trying to claim my RM3 daily cashback with min. spend of RM15. This is such a widely known promotion for shopeepay, and yet they asked for the below (Whats the difference between promotion proof and proof of banner LOL??) What the heck do they not know this cashback promo? Pretty sure they're using it everyday too

The main reason I intend to file complaint to the authorities is just as same as we reported scam case to the police. If everyone keep quiet because it's just a few buggy thing, cheater can easily become billionaire! The second reason, every time I chat with the customer service, they give me some explanations but was rejected by the proof that I provided, when they reply back via email, repeated the same thing in the chat again. I can understand the frontliner may not as experience and much info as the management, and due to time constraint most of the time they cant provide proper resolution, but I can't accept the one who email us, after spending about 1 week++ still don't know what kind of promotion they are having etc, just copy and paste the same reply from the frontliner.

Pls count me in if you want to report Shopee. I am equally frustrated as you. For me, they're the biggest manipulator.
