I may think the same way as you too only if it's really a RM3 thing. But my experiences with ShopeePay thus far isn't just this RM3 problem, I've already "lost" about RM30-RM40 previously because of the "linked account" issues with my family members account (Don't think this amount can be recovered, just waiting the team to resolve the linked account issue now). Then yesterday itself, I further "LOST" another around RM24 by spending those "40% cashback capped at RM4" vouchers, after voucher applied no cashback received in wallet, but the "receipt" did show up the RM4 cashback earned.
Message the customer service, queue for more than half an hour because about 54 ppls ahead of me (haven't count the few attempts where phone suddenly disconnected and re-queue again

), at last only get reply "Please wait for 24 hours". Now 24 hours passed, still not received anything. It's such as waste of time.
I already had 3 complaints pending resolve with Shopee, and yesterday incident will be the 4th. It's very time consuming and yeah, I shall think twice next time before purchase all these attractive vouchers that may cost me more on time cost (p.s. yeah, attractive things usually are scams, but I thought Shopee should be trustworthy especially they are regulated under BNM now).
The main reason I intend to file complaint to the authorities is just as same as we reported scam case to the police. If everyone keep quiet because it's just a few buggy thing, cheater can easily become billionaire! The second reason, every time I chat with the customer service, they give me some explanations but was rejected by the proof that I provided, when they reply back via email, repeated the same thing in the chat again. I can understand the frontliner may not as experience and much info as the management, and due to time constraint most of the time they cant provide proper resolution, but I can't accept the one who email us, after spending about 1 week++ still don't know what kind of promotion they are having etc, just copy and paste the same reply from the frontliner.
Pls count me in if you want to report Shopee. I am equally frustrated as you. For me, they're the biggest manipulator.
