I lodged a conplaint about not getting cashback for my shopeepay transaction, first they asked in email for details that I had already told and given in live chat, then their reply was on a totally different thing which is not shopeepay related at all. Their customer support is on another level of incompetency, apart from the general script copied and pasted from somewhere. Sometimes i wonder if their customer service team are part timers who has no idea what is customer service at all. Never responded to the issue correctly and instead confused themselves with another issue that I had already closed last month

I'm not new to this at all. Hav been shopee user for a while, and everytime my issue was not resolved that i had to give up on pursuing them. I think so far none of my issues relating to shopee purchases was actually resolved satisfactorily, and today was the first time i was having issue with shopeepay.

For the RM0.05 voucher deals, lets say the redeemable locations has a long list but excluded the location you intended to patron, will my voucher be still applicable to that location? Wonder if it was excluded by accident, or it is indeed not redeemable at that location. Anyone experienced this?
PAM voucher would be something exceptional, but i was talking abt other merchant voucher

Try another time when it refreshes at 12am, you can probably buy another voucher to make it 7. Thereafter i dont think u can buy anymore. It's 1 voucher per day (during non flash sales).

Can confirm max 7 vouchers per merchant. Same for me.

POS, and after that i was still able to continue buying vouchers for othe merchant. Hence can confirm its 7 per merchant

Why does some vouchers (non PAM) can be used twice or scanned twice and got cashbacks twice? I obviously had scanned one voucher for twice, and got cashback twice using the freaking same voucher. Is it system glitch or it's just the merchant/shopee being generous? Lol too good to be true?

I can also confirm that there are 2x RM4 cashback (without voucher) in Billion using ShopeePay in April. Can't find the banner ads in Shopee Apps but it's legit as I've received the cashback myself.

I only spent RM11 exactly. So I supposed it is RM10.

Also did that on different devices owned by my family, got ithe rm4 cashbacks twice too.

The forumer's comment is a valid concern, and your response to him is so unnecessary.

That particular comment is unnecessary because it has an element of personal attack to it when the forumer was merely pointing out a concern given our climate now. Rather than commenting that the forumer is a half glass empty person, he/she should probably offer some his views on why he disagree with it (like how you point out the example of livelihood vs health) and perhaps give some suggestion like how the other forumer mentioned about feedback to the CS to move the incentives/cashbacks online so we can all enjoy more etc.

This Shopeepay thread has a lot of ppl posting abt their experience with the shopeepay, sharing new promos, tips and tricks etc, making it a very informative one. You can always disagree with the content of the posts, and argue why, but i don necessarily appreciate ppl to go to personal level and comment like 'you are a half glass empty person', it doesn't make this thread an enjoyable.

Anyway, i do not want to deviate any further from Shopeepay related, i will just stop here.

Don't be tricked by the CB screen! sometimes it showed but never credited if you go back to look at the transaction page. System glitch i would say.

Yup. So always always go back to the transaction page to check all of your money in and out, to be accurate.

When we redeem the 40% vouchers at the store like Mydin or Alpro or other merchants, i'm wondering must we separate our purchases to make it each RM10? Can the cashier do separate payment amounts (RM10) in their shopeepay merchant device and scan tor 7 times, for a total purchases of RM70 in a bill? I tried asking but they donwan to, but then again i saw them having to key in amounts to be paid manually using their meechant device, which means the device is not linked to their cashier machine that generate purchase bill.
