Has anyone tried paying water bills using shopeepay in the shopee apps but kept getting the error message of bill information is not found? What could be the error? I did key in the right account number though. Any kind soul who happened to have a clue mind to advise?

P/s: don't ask me to get in touch with the CS coz they are totally useless.

Haha i know which one u're talking about. It was a typo by the seller. They've rectified it to be only RM 5 max.

I's say they hav the worst customer service. Their customer service rep always giv useless and baseless response to a legitimate issue raised, and they do not seem to undersrand or put in effort to understand (even for a simple one), that speaks a lot abt them investing in improving customer experience. Always give generic statement that does not help with the situation at all. Mark my words, they will not last long when the customer service is shitty. I wonder what kind of quality or criteria they required for hiring customer service staffs

Does anyone know is Mercato is entitled to the daily cashback? I spent > RM15 in the morbubg but no cashback received. Wondering if it's indeed quota finished or it's never eligible for this promo

If I don't have a memory leak, Bank Negara automagic responder says they don't read CC emails. Probably Shoppee not aware of that OR they know he meant business. I also mailed BNM Telelink before, and automagic responder says use their web system to open complaint.

Weirdest thing ever - Shopeepay kept refunding the council bills I made tonight. Not sure if it's bcz of system glitch or voucher glitch?

What's even weird was that, a bill i Paid on the 26th got refunded too, but when i check the authority's statement online, it reflected as paid at their end lol. I did not make any double payments on that day though.

Just made a payment to offline merchant using shopeepay and it can now earn shopee coins? RM1 = 1 coins.
Is this something new?
