Go to JT Express website and see which JT hub services your area by looking at the postcodes covered. Then use the best or closest one.

I have the same problem. If I use 43000, the parcel gets sent to Kajang hub. Still delivered but chances of delay are higher. Also further away if I need to go collect. If I use 43200, it gets to the local hub about 1KM from my house which is perfect.

Same msg as mine. Went to their hub twice just now at Bayan Lepas, Sunway Tunas at 5pm & 6.30pm & it was closed. I called & the agent mentioned that they've closed early today due to overwhelming delivery. My parcel has been there for days since I've ordered the goods on 18th Nov.
