I'll have to check with the seller. But my delivery address set as default in Shopee is correct though. Is there anything to be done from my end or should I just wait? It's only the second day since I made my order from Shopee.

If the address is correct in Shopee, it's probably JnT's error. Tonight you should see package moving from Klang012, perhaps back to KUL Gateway or direct to the correct PJ hub, hopefully in one night.

Just wait. It's out of Shopee's or the seller's hands.

In Shopee I actually have 2 shipping addresses to my one house where only the postcode differs because JnT likes 43200 and Poslaju prefers 43000. 43200 is more correct but will cause a package to be sent to the wrong Poslaju hub which is then routed to the correct one with a 1 day delay.

They dint even know my home address
Keep calling me and i just ignore it

Do these courier dint even know how to use google maps or waze?

If anyone here lives in 43200 postcode, it's safe to use J&T. Their service for this area is pretty good. Beat Poslaju to my gate today by 5 mins.

Placed 2 orders with Shopee late Thursday. Chose J&T this time for 2 reasons.
1. Order made Thursday so hoping for weekend delivery or self collect.
2. Scared Poslaju delivery system affected by whatever problem they're having.

So far looking good.

Sat 2pm: Delivered.


But not without a glitch. JnT lorry sent it to the wrong house.
He called before he came. 2 hours later, no show. I called him and he told me already delivered. I panic. Then he go back to collect and send to me. All's well that ends well.


Sat 4:30pm: Delivered.


The other much smaller package looks like it won't be delivered today. Will collect from them later.
J&T surprised me by delivering the package at 4:30pm. I was almost about to go to their local hub to collect.

Do they do delivery on Sunday?
The status of my parcel at 4 something pm was:

Overnight Parcel
Vehicle schedule delayed / late to reach GW

J&T hantar walaupun malam hari cuti Jumaat (Kelantan).

poslaju hub paling haram jadah suka pegang barang hampir sehari suntuk.

Ya, memang, JnT hantar 365 hari tak kira hari atan hujung miggu, cuti ke tidak.

Walaubagaimanapun, Poslaju masih favourite saya. Kerana masa mereka hantar amat konsisten iaitu antara 11-2pm. Tak payah I tunngu seluruh hari.

Hanya bila ada sebab tertentu, misalnya dah hampir hunung minggu, saya akan memilih JnT.

Did try once.. Worst.
