worst courier service ever...
holding my parcel for few days without sending it out even it is sent from jb to jb.
keep calling their hotline since yesterday, say will notify branch to ship out by end of the day but no shipping out yesterday, cs said will help me arrange for delivery next morning(today before 12) but till evening still no come, then say will help inform branch again to send out by today but website tracking no sign of sending out.
Keep suggest me to self pick up. wonder this is a self pick up service or a courier. and their Tampoi branch's contact number cannot get through at all, keep busy line, can't confirm with the parcel status, the cs said they can only notify branch using their system.
At last said the branch not able to ship out items during this weekend and will resume on tomorrow, and help me to schedule again tomorrow before 12, hope they don't scam me again.

Honestly this is very first time I'm facing such lousy courier service.

Mcm nak kena pickup sendiri saja. Read review semua mcm peram kat Puchong 4-5 hari.

memang pun kena pickup sendiri .. saya dah kena dah .. dorang ni kalau tak dapat hantar kat user dia akan suruh user datang ambik sendiri

Based on my experience if your area is served by the Petaling branch avoid them. If you google that branch they only open on Sunday and Tuesday that’s 2 days a week. My package arrived at their branch on Wednesday and for the next few days the tracking details showed shop not operating. Had to make a ruckus on their hotline and email support before they finally delivered on Saturday.
